I went for breakfast this morning with my son and and mother-in-law and the food was fantastic and the service was above and beyond. Our waiter was the nicest person ever. Thank you for a great meal!

Coming into town staying the evening waking up extra early and everything was deserted except this place opened up at 6 AM. Such a pleasant staff entertaining all of the young man’s stories about his life. I didn’t get to meet the other Cook but regardless I spent several hours there and enjoyed my time until it got busier. And I had to go. Ended up taking too much time and didn’t get to water breakfast lol but everything smells and looks good thanks you guys

Synopsis: Cooperstown Diner waitress declines service to disabled army veteran because she didn’t want to go outside. — — We tried to eat at Cooperstown Diner because it was the only restaurant on Main Street that provides outdoor seating that we could find. My dad, a Vietnam war veteran, is in a wheelchair and unfortunately most of Cooperstown Main Street is not handicapped friendly. When I went inside to talk to the waitress, an older woman with purple tipped hair, she said she was refusing us because she didn’t want to go outside. I pleaded with her, I let her know my dad is in a wheelchair and cannot go in anywhere else, and she wouldn’t even look me in the eye while she shook her head and said “I won’t do it”. I hope she reads this. I hope she knows that my dad, who is diabetic as well as in a wheelchair and needed to eat right then, ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich from my moms handbag on Father’s Day weekend, during the only few hours I will see him this year. Just so she knows: when I complained about her to him, he said “maybe she’s having a bad day”. He was worried for her rather than himself. He’s incredibly forgiving, but I’m not: SHAME ON YOU COOPERSTOWN DINER.

Good food at a very small diner. I have been going to this diner every so often for 40 years and never been disappointed with the food. Sometimes it's crowded but they never disappoint.

They followed the guidelines for everything.
Not sure if it is since I'm from Texas, but if it's not then the smallest has to be a phone booth. Don't let that discourage you. Stand outside and wait your turn, it's worth it.
