Last week I went to Red Shed with my partner Cedric. We’re both Cooperstown natives and love to support local businesses. While we kicked back our brews no problem when things went awry when we went to get food. We got in line at 5PM and we’re guaranteed by the staff at the bar that we’d be served. We waited in line for nearly 4 long hours and at 8:50 it was our turn to order. I started to order and at that time Cedric came back from the bathroom and grabbed my hand. The chef looked at us and suddenly said “kitchens closed”. I was shocked. I never expected this in 2022... it was terrible. I can see from months old reviews management is aware of the food truck problem and won’t do anything about it. Cedric and I won’t be coming back here again.

Great Tuesday afternoon spent at Red Shed. Had at least 2 groups of customers at any given time while our group of 5 was there (included our 3 year old). Played some Jenga and Corn Hole supported by good food and refreshing flights. We brought our two small dogs, one of who is extremely well behaved and the other... is a work in progress (another reason we appreciated it being not so busy). Clean restrooms, plenty of indoor seating with ample outdoor picnic tables, 2 tents for shade/shelter and an open area for sun-lovers. Dog friendly, kid friendly, and full bellies = perfect place for us.

What an awesome place! The beer is fantastic and the customer service is spectacular. The atmosphere is great and there is plenty of space. Get here when there’s live music!

Really nice spot! The food truck in back had great fried pickles and I appreciated that they used some of the beer in the mac and cheese. Really chill with a good vibe.
