Rude staff and very misinformed TSA supervisor!!

Over 150ppl just missed connecting flights bc the SLC TSA staffed Passport Check with two people at a time where 5 major international flights were landing. Many families now stranded until morning. Very simple: Staff customs for the size of the airport or give up the joke that your operation is and let someone else do it. Embarrassing. You are worthless.

This is just the TSA main HR office for SLC. It also includes a hangar for their private aircraft. You're going to be waiting downstairs for a long time until someone finally comes to get you, or forgets why you're there and asks you what you need. Don't back into the parking spaces or they will threaten to tow your vehicle.
