This bank is the worst with car loans. We moved from NJ to FL and tried to request the title be sent to DMV to be reissued in Florida. I had 3 cars with 3 different banks and requested them all at the same time. 3 months later two cars were registered in Florida and US Bank was clueless. No status or updates on when the title would be sent. I called monthly and the last time escalated to a manager Mary. She was nasty and basically insinuated it was my fault. Finally I got tired of waiting and traded the car in for a new one so I can register it in FL. STAY AWAY from this bank. As a follow up to this post after trading in the car last week I got a letter from US Bank stating they need more information in order to process my title state change request. After sending in the form letter from Florida DMV on January 10th I get a letter requesting more information in late April. Most certainly a bank that does not understand customer service. Thank goodness I don’t have to deal with them again.

This bank is the worst for boat loans. My broker sent me an decline from them and I found out they read the tax return wrong. They didn’t not add up income correctly. How unorganized. I had to contact my accountant and he said they totally added up income on self employment return incorrectly. Stay away from this bank if you want to obtain a boat loan using self employment as they do not know how to add it up correctly from your income return. Two other banks said the correct income as they couldn’t even manage to do correctly. Poor loan department!
