The carpets are 10 years old but they smell like new again, I really enjoyed how great it turned out but I would say 99% of all the stains came out and the ones that didn't honestly I wasn't hopeful but ketchup hot sauce and pet stains are all gone. Overall highly recommended and satisfied. Normally we use the rug doctor but I feel we might just order this as a yearly service from now on well worth the cost.

Yes! At no extra charge, we move furniture and return it back to its original place with protective padding. Items we will not remove include: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables
