Chase was confrontational and not helpful. Scam to give them money and they make it impossible to get that money back for a subpar product. I don’t want in store credit for a store I don’t want to do business with!

The store manager was in the store and was extremely helpful with the information about games, systmes, and the membership that they offer and how it could actually save me a lot of money.

Chase was horrible to us. He was rude to the young lady in front of me in line, tried to ID check her to use her own pro membership. Last i checked online, you dont have to show ID to use your own membership. He was very rude to her, she looked like she was going to cry. He spoke very harshly. He also smelled quite badly, like he hadnt showered in days. Basic bodily hygeine should be required to work at a retail job, but apparently not at gamestop. He tried to ID check me as well but i just left. Ill find somewhere other then gamestop to shop from now on. I dont like being treated like a criminal to use my account which i pay for. The whole situation was sickening. I hope hes just a seasonal or something because gamestop should not be allowing such a terrible person to be working for them.
