Server was completely inattentive, took 30 minutes to even get to us. Took forever to get our food and the steak was cooked improperly. I would have sent it back but I didn’t have an extra hour that it would inevitably take to get back to us.

So we don't do reservations but we do call ahead seating the difference being instead of saving a table we put you qt the top of our seating list so you get sat faster but we don't lose money for holding an empty table

When waiting for a table, the host recommends (if there are more than about 4 people waiting in the entry/lobby) that you wait in your car. They then take your phone number and send you a text when your table is ready. Curbside takeout is available as well, if dining in feels uncomfortable. Next, tables are spaced out further and booths have high walls between them. Waitstaff wear respiratory masks, and sanitize everything regularly. Finally, contactless payment is a highly encouraged option, but traditional cash payment can still be taken. Contactless payment requires a smartphone with internet access however.

I don't know. But I'm sure if you ask the management or call ahead they can help you.
