I called this location to verify if they accepted my insurance before booking an appointment. The person who helped me over the phone was extremely kind and told me I'd be able to come in that same afternoon (Dr. Dat wasn't seeing anyone so walk-ins were welcomed). Upon arriving, I waited a total of 10 minutes before being seen. Dr. Dat took his time doing my eye exam and answered all my questions and concerns. Additionally, he helped me order contacts that were the most cost-efficient. I was in an out in one hour. His wall is filled with awards and recognitions that he absolutely deserves. For as long as I'll live in center city, I'll be coming here for my eye exams! Thank you Dr. Dat and staff!

I wish I could give ZERO STARS BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!! Every single experience that I have had with this business has been terrible. I waited for over an hour for my appointment because the doctor was running late. It took over 2 months for them to get the contacts I ordered to me. They ordered me the wrong contacts; wrong type, wrong prescription, wrong everything. I called a couple of months ago to tell them about the mistake and someone there said they would fix the issue and order new ones. I didn't hear anything for a month and started calling, but because they have super weird hours I never got through. Only today did I finally get through and not only did they not order me new contacts, I talked to someone who blamed me for the issue and they won't fix it at all. I only went here because my insurance wouldn't cover my previous eye doctor, but I'd rather pay out of pocket than ever step foot in this place again.
