I went into urgent care the other night to be seen since I believe I have Bell's palsy. I'm a truck driver so I am only home a couple days out of the month. After I was checked in, I was taken back by an MA that didn't seem she cared to be there. I waited in the patient room for 48 minutes without seeing a provider. Dr Cameron was supposed to be the provider on that night, I asked the MA if I was going to be seen soon since I had to be on the road for work by 8PM by this time it was around 730PM and I had checked in around 645PM. I was told he was in a meeting and he would be right down. I understand doctors are busy but I was told he had his computer and knew someone had checked in and didn't even come down to check. I never saw the doctor and they didn't seem to care much that I had waited that long and I obviously wasn't a priority. I got up and walked out since after I left I gotten a phone call to come back so he could see me or do a virtual visit, I had just wasted almost an hour of my time and I had to be to work at 8PM on the road. It shouldn’t have to take me leaving and getting upset for the Dr to actually care and make things right. Horrible service and I will def NOT be going back and advising people to do the same.

Debated posting a review, but I wish I would've had a heads up before I was this far into things. The front desk is atrocious. Unhelpful, short, and always frustrated that you need help. Unless you are getting a general check up and you are in perfect health, this is not the place to go. If you have anything going on, you can't get answers or even an idea of what is going on, and you will feel like the most bothersome human being from front des , to the billing department, to the providers. Can't wait to pay for another outrageous bill from them and leave with no answers or hope.

It took literally 30 minutes to be seen and that's fine because they were busy but that really bugged me is that I'm having some ear pain and the doc checked it but just said I have a lot of wax. He didn't do anything about it just gave me a doctor's note and sent me home.

Heather, as your receptionist, isn’t a good fit for your group. Do yourselves a favor and find someone who gets it. When you have someone who thinks they’ve worked for the business for so long that they know-it-all, it truly makes you all look bad in the organization. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this clinic any longer if you wanted to be treated right.

Yes Canyon View accepts Select Health along with most other insurances
The lab in Spanish Fork is open from 8am - 8pm Mon. - Fri. and 9am - 5pm Saturday
