really, really nice people there. When I’ve asked for help, they helped so much. And even check up on me to see if I was okay with what they directed me to. Prices are a bit overpriced, I agree with that but as in quality; I haven’t had any problems so far. Will continue to visit them again and again.

Nice staff. Nice products but they close during lunch - earlier and later than stated on the website. They said it closed 1-2pm. I got ther 12:45 it was already closed with a sign to day they were reopening 2:15

I've been buying in large quantities from Toho Shoji for close to 10 years, and even followed them from their old location a few blocks away. The quality of their lobster clasps & findings is second to none....haven't had one break on a customer since I went into business. The selection is wide and the prices are very fair given the vast selection: they offer a wide variety of finishes ranging from shiny silver to gunmetal to gold. I saw some negative comments about customer service, but I haven't had those issues shopping here. When Covid protocols were in place, I just followed store policies and appreciated I could still shop in person (estimating sizes/scale online can be tough!). I also appreciated that they cared for the health and safety of their employees and customers. Thanks Toho!
