I have been here almost 5 years. This is simply the best place to learn how to dance. From FL to NJ, I have taken lessons with several instructors.,, there is none to compare. Within weeks I was able to be dancing in a public venue, practicing the basic steps (of 4 different types of dances) that I had learned at SS...thanks to the boss’ own specially created program for beginner dancers enables you to be on the floor dancing in a very short amount of time.

I have been learning ballroom dancing at Socialsport Dance Club for more than two years. I started with no dancing skills. I am grateful to have the wonderful instructor, Kevin. With his excellent teaching and calm personality, my dancing level has been steadily advanced through various settings (private lessons, group practice, Friday dancing party, and showcase). I enjoy ballroom dancing over other fitness or sports because it combines music, low-impact movement, and partner connection into one that brings physical, mental well-being, and social connection. Here are some highlights that I like to share with you about Socialsport Dance Club. This Club probably has the largest state of art dancing facility in this region. The Club has 5 full-time dancing instructors plus owner of the Club. Instructors are all skillful dancers. Teaching programs are tailed to each individual’s goals whether at social dancing or competitive level. One of the attractive advantages at Socialsport is that ladies dance with gentlemen only. Gentlemen are not only fun but also polite, respectful, and high valued. Ladies are friendly like sisters. This is a true dancing community.

When I first decided I wanted to learn how to dance, I was very nervous about starting. My instructor, Alex, made me feel at home right away. She is patient, fun, and is great at explaining the details behind the movements we are working on. I've attended some classes with the other instructors as well and they are all friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend Socialsport to anyone looking to learn how to dance.
