Every time I come here they always make me feel like I put them through a problem and I come here every week. it's just a very arrogant attitude that they have, condescending. The bank manager at one time told me as he let out a long sigh and rolled his eyes, (as if I was making his day the most difficult thing in the world) he says, "why don't you just get direct deposit so you don't have to come in here every week" there is a problem with my direct deposit, trying to get in touch with the person who handles that. Beacause of that I have to come there and that is the closest bank of that branch that will cash my checks but I absolutely hate coming here every week. And the whole reason that I'm making this comment right now is I get asked how do you want your cash back only to get it back wrong so why even ask me how do I want it back if you're going to give it to me the wrong way and then smile in my face like. They are the real inconvenience.
