JMI came out to our office, after walking around and touring it twice, to do an initial cleaning. Our building is rather large and they brought four people with them to clean. We came into the office the next day to find cobwebs still hanging everywhere, dust on the desks that we previously cleaned, floor wax on our walls and trim, paint scraped and our runners folded up and not vacuumed. A coworker accidentally dropped a cheerio on the floor the night before and when she came back the next day, it was still there and the area around it untouched. We had them come back a second time to see if it would change but they still did nothing to clean and barely vacuumed. We called Joe to tell him that we were unhappy and he said that, "it's a very big job," (that should have been told before the initial cleaning) but did not reach out to us to let us know that it would take longer. We had to contact them about how unsatisfied we were with their services. It was extremely unprofessional of him and his company and they still will not give us our key for our office back. Terrible experience and even worse customer service.

Typically, we can not as each building is so unique. When you hire JMI, we become your cleaning department. In order to fully understand your specific cleaning needs, we need to see your space.
Our customer base is very diverse, from office buildings and industrial facilities to car dealerships and educational campuses. Whatever your needs, we can design a custom janitorial cleaning program for you.
Each facility is unique. Many factors are involved, such as population density, your hours of service and the like. We service buildings from 1 time per month to 7 days per week. Typically a 10,000 sqft office building should be cleaned 5 times a week.

Since no two buildings are the same, our business development reps will perform an on-site survey in order to create a custom cleaning schedule and pricing structure specifically tailored to your building’s unique needs.

A post-construction clean-up should leave your facility brand new. Every area must be cleaned and includes everything from dust and debris removal, ridding the walls of smudges and scuffs to waxing the floors and cleaning the windows. JMI will detail a schedule of cleaning for your building based on your needs.
Every building is different. Upon a site survey, JMI will custom design a cleaning program for your facility. Depending on your needs, janitorial services may include cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, vacuuming carpeted areas, and trash removal.
