Very Very unprofessional for pick up I waited 20 min for some guy Nick to show up at the shipping office and after hi did show up And I told him where the load is going Hi left and said will be back I waited fot him over one hour and hi never show up The other guy try to reach him but nothing After a hour an a half they got in touch with Nick and he told them that h left the company and hi is at his doctor appointment After we contact the broker The broker said that hi will be back in 15 min but that was more like another hour
