Public ice skating is super expensive. $15 for an adult and $10 for under 7 yr old. Normally public skating is around $7. Black Bear needs to fix this!

They don't really have set opening and closing hours. It depends what is going on in their building at any given time. Check their web site for events like public skate and stick and puck...during these times someone is there for sure.
Cost for what? Public skate is $10 per person
Cap City and Jr. Bears youth club programs are both out of there. I'm not sure what schools are.
It's President's Day weekend hockey tournament time. Ice time is hard to come by.
