Terrible service at 7th street Harrisburg post office. Tried calling and been disconnected three times after ringing. Denied access to retrieve package at townhouse association community metal package mail box. Key and lock are so rusty key doesn’t turn. No one at postal service will help. Filed numerous online complaints with Congressman Scott Perry and postal inspector. This is the second time this has happened. Cut finger on key trying to open. The metal boxes are old and rusty. Shame on your service. Suppose this was medication I needed? Now I have to wait and try to catch postman tomorrow to gain access to my own package. I can’t even get through to local post office. Cuts me off to leave message.

Really bad post office. On two different occasions I requested redelivery of packages and they just never did so. I’ve been trying to pick up a package with prescription medications in it all week and they have been closed every single day so far from Mon-Thurs due to “staffing issues” and there’s no way to contact anyone there. They also failed to redeliver this one when requested both via the 800 number and by leaving the redelivery notice on my mailbox which the carrier did take. Absolutely unacceptable and so frustrating.

Please feel free to stop by the office and ask for a supervisor, I'll be more than happy to assist you.
Local post master.
Yes, with a crowbar or a tow winch
I don't think so. Atleast not this location. Possibly the crooked hill location will. Call them to be sure
You should check with the post office that is closest to your house, with the same zip code. Call first to see if it is there. The post office generally leaves packages at your home, unless a signature is required.
Yes, you can
