There are many advantages of working through a licensed agency. Some of them are: We are fully insured and bonded. All of our aides are trained and certified by state regulated training courses. All care is overseen by a registered nurse and social worker. All home health aides go through a rigorous background check, health screening, onsite training and testing, and ongoing education. Our company is fully licensed, which means the state has inspected all of our processes, files, procedures, and deemed us fit to serve the general public.

All of our home care cases start with a in home consultation. This is free. During the consultation with our social worker, we will talk about your needs, challenges, and determine the best amount of hours for you, as well as ensure that home care is the best solution. Often times we meet with clients that are need of more intensive care in which case we will refer to outside resources that are better equipped to handle the case. Other times we will suggest a client start with fewer hours of care and then see if they need more as they go. We always try to build the plan around whats best for the client. Once that is complete, a service contract is signed, and our registered nurse will come to the clients home to put together a care plan. During this meeting, the nurse will go through some more medical and health details. This plan will help ensure our home health aide is aware of any and all conditions, things to pay attention to, and things to check up on regularly.

Yes absolutely. Our Live-in service means a certified home health aide will be in a clients home 24 hours a day. They will be eating and sleeping in the clients home.
