Prior to today, I've always had good experiences at Beauty Bar. Gina has been the best and most welcoming person at the front desk and my brows have always come out great. However, today I missed my appointment (my fault and I can totally own up to that) and the lady on the phone was rude and un-welcoming. She was combative and didn't seem like she wanted to help me reschedule, nor did she seem like she wanted to keep my service. It's a shame that years of going to Beauty Bar and good service can be ruined in one phone call.

LOVE Beauty Bar. I will not go to anyone else to do my eyebrows. Dana is a master and I love my results every time. The whole staff at Beauty Bar are phenomenal! I recently was there and my car battery died. Gina at the front desk and many of the other women were so kind - I hung out inside waiting for help, they offered me water, food, a plug for my phone to charge. When my roadside assistance didn't show, Gina jumped on the phone with her friend nearby to help me and CJ offered to jump my car. Within 5 minutes my car was ready to drive. Thank you Gina, CJ and all the women who helped me today!! The service all around is amazing and everyone is so kind!! They will make you feel part of the Beauty Bar family :)
