Tania the hygienist was Very kind and gentle and had good technique and a lot of patience. Also Leslie was very patient in explaining the Charges and the complexities of insurance. And answered my myriad Qs........ btw Companies small and large spend tons of $ do develop Feedback Qs but probably Never try filling them themselves to understand how frustating they are....First of all Why do I Have to review using FB or Google WHY not anyway the customer wants! also either the Qs are too many or too few...etc etc etc there was no allowance to review Leslie? I did because she is a key member of your team and I interacted with her....there was No space to say something else........eg the Music that was playing was Not Calming at all....your 'marketing ' Video talked about the sound of waterfall in the Lobby which does Not exist.....etc etc bye
