I had my mom's appointment scheduled at 11:00am. I reached the office at 11:06am. They asked us to wait, within few mins they call and tell us that I will have to reschedule the appointment since I was few mins late since the doctor was not feeling well and only seeing patients that arrive on time. I had called them at 10:00am that day to confirm if my mom's appointment was scheduled for the time. If the doctor was not feeling well then they should have informed us earlier and we would have rescheduled. But asking to reschedule because I was late was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was rude acted like they did not care. It's not that they are punctual by seconds. Last time my mom visited we had waited for 15mins and we did not complain.

Had a 9am appointment. First of the day. Employee arrived at 9:07 and let me in. I am the only one here and am waiting a long time. Where is everyone? I like Dr. Manzo a lot, but the office appears disorganized and it is unprofessional to open late and not be able to tell me what’s going on. Still waiting as of 9:25. At 9:30 someone finally told me that all of today’s appointments were rescheduled. No one ever called to tell me this. Unbelievable how they wasted my time today. Think long and hard about getting involved with this practice.

I am posting on an alias because I don't want to make the doctor upset. I like Dr. Agarewala a lot. But, I hate his clinic. They run many tests. Why am I asked for an allergy panel and genetic test at an EYE doctor? I wanted to see my ultrasounds and allergy panels, but the eye techs said they had a separate company doing those. I don't know who is doing the other tests because they told me it was not the eye doctor people. Doc A showed results of eye tests to me and I think that is worth it. I will give the benefit of the doubt however a part of me thinks the other company is Healthexcel Cardio which is at the same place and ran by his brother. Maybe a scam? Very suspicious. The eye part of this suspicious company is run by a very sweet Dr from India with his son helping and nice eye techs. Other company techs are suspicious. I WANT MY TEST RESULTS. I WILL REFUSE THESE OTHER TESTS THE NEXT TIME I AM THERE.
