Johnny was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and he listened. When we've gone to the Liberty, MO store and other large cities we are helped right away but the entire process takes hours with the rep excusing themselves then coming back minutes later, helping us then that cycle repeats and we're there for hours! With Johnny at the Chillicothe store our total time in store was less than an hour to select and replace/upgrade 2 phones. We're happy with our new phones and grateful Samsung now has options for those who want larger phones and those who like smaller phones.

I did mobile transfer why can new phone not message or call after transfer but all contacts and old messages transfer

Sounds like to me either you don't have active SIM card in new phone, or else you need to pull old SIM card from old phone an shut it off. Then restart new phone. If that still doesn't work then it may be a faulty port. Happens sometimes an the rep may have to redo the port. Takes like 5 minutes.
