Current resident here. The trash problem is terrible. Every courtyard is always covered in trash, including bags, food wrappers, and even broken glass. This is even more concerning considering broken glass is a regular sight in the playground and social areas. A number of people have asked the office to put in some trash cans or have someone do a regular sweep up, but we’ve been blown off over and over. The office is terrible about tenant communication, and the best you’ll get is a text saying “hey, how are you enjoying the accommodations?” And even if you respond, it’s a 1 in 5 chance you’ll even get a response. EDIT: 10/5/2022 Oh joy of joys. Now there’s a mouse problem. Lovely.

Don't be fooled by these images if you have a family and want to live peacefully here don't rent a unit on the 1st or 2nd floor ,they will place you underneath loud south American non English speaking people who party jump, bang, and stomp directly over your head all hours of the night shaking your walls ceiling and whole unit.If the police are called they act like they don't speak English. If you do rent from here you need to record all of the overhead noise and send it to a civil suit lawyer asap.Very disrespectful young people here.🤔😴

Christine helped me locate an important package that wasn’t located at my building. Christine has helped me move in as well a year ago and has always been a great help!!

What do you expect from apartment living???
Thts something you have to bring to the office managers attention. Or you could go up there yourself and talk to them about there conduct.
No the fees included in the Rent and there is no fixed space for parking.

It varies. Right now the lowest their site has is $970 and the highest is $1,390. However, they sometimes charge more than what's on their site. You would be better off talking to the leasing office. The rent seems to be raised every year. Last year's was about 5.5% increased, but this year's was about 18.4% of an increase. I'm not sure whether that's across all apartments, but they have been doing a lot of construction and are about to be expanding parking, so I suppose they're trying to get the money to improve the apartment community.
I have a 2 bedroom with hardwood floors & balcony and pay 1300 as well
It's free to residents, ten dollars per guest, and yes it's open on Sundays
