Going on 3 years at thier maple house location. Maintenance has been for the most part always helpful and timely. The first yr I was here it was diff owners. My rent has gone up (from cost of living and inflation) 211 dollars more in total. I'm hoping they skip a rent increase for renewal. I'd love to use the pool which is the other location.. was told that was in the works no word yet. Overall happy here noone bothers us.

If you value peace, comfort, and safety, don't make the mistake of moving to Norris Hills. The leasing office has no evening or weekend hours and is often empty even during office hours. They do not answer phone calls during office hours ~80% of the time. There is a huge amount of turnover in the office staff so it is often unclear who to contact, or how to contact them. I've never seen someone as incompetent as the person in charge of the office. Maintenance is usually quick, but if you have a non-maintenance issue then expect to wait several days for a reply if you're lucky enough to get one at all. The buildings are poorly kept. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin and you will hear all of your neighbors flushing toilets, walking, coughing, and everything else. The tenants generally do not care for others and many of them play loud music, shout, and leave trash everywhere. I have seen dirty diapers, old food, and other garbage strewn around the hallways and in the parking lots. I have no idea when the buildings are cleaned, if ever. The hallways are full of cobwebs and the carpets show decades of staining. The corner of the laundry room floor was covered in a thick layer of white mold and there are drain flies everywhere. The sewer lines are in disrepair and sewage backs up into the apartments. Most buildings have no functioning locks on the doors. The mailboxes do not lock properly. The pool and gym were closed several times due to tenants fighting with lifeguards and vandalism. This didn't stop the leasing office from charging everyone $25 monthly for the gym and pool fees. Cars are frequently sideswiped in the parking lots and on the street. Management does nothing to help tenants and they do nothing to discourage poor behavior. I would recommend any apartment over this one. If you're considering renting this place, try driving through the neighborhood on a weekend night first.

This place is disgusting. We have roachs from the dirty neighbors and they are so loud. The walls are thin so you hear everything and maintenance and the apartment complex are useless. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

I'm not sure, because I live in a one bedroom right now. They have been making improvements recently so I'm going to guess maybe $1200, but call them to check.
