i am so glad the many patience had good experience with fox chase, however my experience with schedulare it was not plesent i had the first schedulare she did not want to give me the Doctor that i requested she was so mean that i was perofied from are eretude and her voice she impose me to take the Doctor che she picked, and not the one that i piched at one point i had to stop her from yelling at me because my blood pressure went so high that i could speack anymore. i told her i cannot talk to her anymore i need to close the phone. she kept saying i am the person to say with Doctor you going to see and not you. after she damage me that morning i was not able to function do to the blood pressure gone so high . when i was able i call fos chase talk to the aperator i ask her that i want to speak to the administration, she transfer me to this woman she wasn't from the administration however she listen to me she gice me her direct phone number if i had another problem she said ill make sure she treat you with respect, i said i cannot speak with same person i need someone kind and low voice i cannot be screamed, she got someone else to call me and God help me it was not any better she began having low voice to nastier then the first one, i call the woman that give me her direct line i left her a message how the second schedular treated me, i said i think that i am moving on to another university do to the mental abuse i got from the schedular refusing to give me the doctor of my choice. my husban as been bleeding from the prostate alot blood and clots the prostate need to be removed, i axplain the situation to the people that i spoke including the woman that supposily was going make thinkgs better , however she never call me back. i was veriy disaponted how fox employee treat patience that are in in pain instead been kind and compassion they should not work in medical field if they do not have kindness for people that suffer and denied their wishes. i did use fox chase for my self years go people were very nice that is all i have to say i will never call fox chace ever again and place my life at risk for stroke. .

Dr. Porpiglia answered all of my questions, was very compassionate, and made sure I was comfortable with my procedures before I had my surgery. After my surgery she followed up with the same level of professionalism. I am grateful I had her and Fox Chase! :)

I was very impressed with the staff at Fox Chase East Norriton. I had radiation treatment and every morning I would meet Adrian, who was always very pleasant and personable. I did not feel merely as a patient thanks to her right from the beginning. The radiation staff were just as personable. Bill and Jen typically gave me my treatment. They were very friendly. Maurine was the nurse that I would see once a week before meeting with Dr. Cohen. They were also very friendly and helped keep me very relaxed going through my treatments I am grateful to have gone to Fox Chase Cancer Center for my cancer treatments and it makes such a huge difference when the staff is friendly and personable. That helps keep stress down to maintain a positive mindset through it all. Kudos to Fox Chase East Norriton. Kudos to Dr. Cohen and her staff.
