I'm really relieved the clubhouse and pool location opened up again. The procedures for checking in are well processed for guest able to use the pool area. Satisfied to see everything accessible again today.

Very disappointed that our pool has not opened and will not open for the rest of the year. We are now in the green phase of the COVID 19 pandemic. Other areas and water parks are open, yet we remain closed in our BML community. Maybe we will get a refund on our 1,200 yearly dues.

It really depends, all they care about is that the property looks nice. If dead plants makes it look ugly, then they'll give you a warning first, then fine. It requires them to be aware of the dead plants on your yard, and luckily that takes a while. My family once allowed the grass to grow around to the height of an adult's hip. For months they didn't send us a warning, once we got it, we immediately got the gas for the lawn mower to cut it. These regulations may be bothersome, but they're not that serious where they might knock on your door the next day.
