Update: 7/29/22 I know what you’re thinking - why come back if I had a bad experience. Well because I’ve been coming here since 2010 that’s why and i believe in second chances. Let me tell you my experience today, the manager refused to make a drink because there was no ice cream for it even though I wanted it without the scoop of ice cream. The new tiger milk bubble tea is the drink I’m referring to. It’s a tea mix they have pre-made they add brown sugar syrup add the brown sugar bubbles add ice then pour the mix and top with a scoop vanilla ice cream. In my opinion the brown sugar syrup they put in the cup is sweet enough for me so I prefer it without the ice cream. She flat out told me she could not make it because there was no ice cream even though I don’t want the ice cream. That’s like going to a restaurant ordering a dish and saying no onions only for the waiter to turn around and say it comes with onions the kitchen can’t make it without onions. They had all the other ingredients to make it just not the ice cream. I do not understand the logic . 🙄🙄🙄🙄 CUSTOMER SERVICE . 3 OUT OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY CARE. I order the same coffee every time. THE SAME COFFEE. A latte with TWO SHOTS OF ESPRESSO. It isnt as milky as a regular latte. So when i asked if the extra shot was in my coffee because it appeared too milky to me the girl said yes and i asked her again are you sure she said yes. The woman behind her goes and says "i dont know what you want me to tell you" . EXCUSE ME. I want you to tell me you made my order correctly ! I do not come there to see you, i come there for my coffee . Ive been a repeat customer for years. They are constantly burning food, hash browns are dry, disorganized, and now baristas with an attitude. Seriously , who ever the owner is maybe you should explain to your staff the importance of customer service to your staff.
