Been coming to bears for years. Since new management the place has drastically decreased in quality service. No one answers the phones. And the manager guaranteed me a credit for a meal they charged me for and I never received. He kept no record of it so when I came in to cash in the credit he had no idea what I was talking about. I will not be returning.
