I JUST switched my entire family to Verizon, but at a different location. I needed to find out how to get my Photos to go to my new phone. They wanted $40 to even tell me how to do that. The store was empty, so it would have been easy enough to help me. I called the store that had sold us our plan and he explained what to do in one minute. Bad customer service!

Yes they do!! This is a full service Verizon store...I only go to this one. Bought all my phones here and they are always extremely helpful.
Yes they do and depends what you want to spend the fast chargers work amazing. They have all lengths too. And wireless chargers are good too. I wireless charge at night.

Call Verizon wireless and have the line suspended and report the phone stolen. Then either file a claim through assurion if you have insurance or just come into the store and purchase a new one
