Murray was our hostess at check in was very efficient, friendly. Our room was excellent, nice balcony, great size , very clean. Could not ask for better service at hotel and restaurant. Our driver in the evening Jmbe (sp?) was fantastic! Kudos to the Beach Club Manager Christoff and his staff. Enjoyed Scottie, Mike behind the bar and the other staff that made our days so enjoyable. Food and servers at upstairs restaurant were also great 👍. Can’t wait to return !

Perfect downtown location, close to beach, shopping and dining. Wonderful dining on site also. Fab spa, fab staff, plus golf or beach club. I 💕 this place

I was just informed by a staff member that they admitted a large group of Covid positive guests to stay and roam freely about the hotel without telling any other guests this is absolutely intolerable the place should be shut down reported to palm beach covid response team

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Hotel is beautiful and service was impeccable. Wife loved it. Can’t say enough about the excellent service we received.
