I feel compelled to write a review for this place because despite its being a chain, the service is always friendly and efficient. I eat here often because it’s a quick, easy, and relatively healthy choice for lunch.

Went to go to Pita Pit at 7:08pm this evening, to find the door was locked but costumers were still inside having food made. Confused as to why it was locked, my daughter, husband and I tried to open the door again, no luck. We double checked the hours listed right next to the door which noted the time of hours were until 8pm today. Thankfully a friendly customer let us in to help us out. Upon entering we were greeted by an employee who noted that she had locked the door an hour early. As I inquired about the hours of business, she let me know that she was closing early due to being behind. She noted that we could stay since we were already inside, but her rude attitude noted different. My family and I decided to leave instead of continue to engage. On our way back to the car, we told 4 other carloads of people that they have locked their doors early due to being behind. We will not be returning to pita pit again.

Food and salad are very fresh. There's a few unique condiments. Delicious!!! I will be back (I already returned for the second time within two weeks.). I am already thinking about coming back. Hehe.

Nice spot to grab something fresh and healthy to eat! The hummus is great! Excellent texture and nice flavors. The gyro pita I had hit the spot! Lots of veggies to choose from. The falafel was different from what I had had in the past at Greek restaurants but with the slightly larger bits of chickpeas etc they were actually very good! I'll definitely be back 😀

We appreciate that our customers notice the cleanliness and safety practices that we have implemented for Covid safety. Our staff is always masked and gloved. We also do temperature and wellness checks before each shift. We've installed plexiglass shields in front of both registers and, as Marquita said, we have also installed a clear plastic curtain around the entire counter to help isolate any potential droplets from being transferred. Occupancy has been reduced to 50% with social distancing at all times. We have a schedule for cleaning the front of the restaurant and the bathrooms thru-out the day. We also provide hand sanitizer at the front door, at the registers and outside the bathrooms. Hopefully this will continue to make all our customers feel comfortable and safe in the Pita Pit. And PS,,, the day we are given the OK to remove these Covid restrictions from the Pita Pit will be a celebration and a "Discount" Pita day.!!!!
