The absolute worse Dining and food experience ever ! I’ve been here multiple times and may not go back ! Over cooked steak , waitress slow and untrained ( in my opinion ) my wife’s chicken dry and disgustingly over cooked ! Slow Saturday night , no one in the place barely , took forever to get food, so we got it to go ! What a mistake ! Gross gross grosss! Was lookin forward to bananas foster but that didn’t happen either! Thank god the million dollar Xmas light display was up and rockin or OUR night woulda been wasted Very disappointed ! Never had such a bad meal anywhere

I went to the one in the Rochester Airport. The customer service rep. wars very friendly. The food I ordered was good.

Maybe not as good as the restaurant, but for a 10am airport breakfast in Rochester you can't go wrong with the roast beef here.
