Love the subs. I myself have not been to this location in awhile, I don't like how they have it set up to place your order. Seems to take longer. You would be better off calling in your order or doing it online. Everyone was friendly

Usually subs are great but today was the day where the subs were made wrong and the sub maker tried telling my wife that they are right and she showed receipt and it changed. A lil upsetting when you just can’t admit a mess up.

This place use to be the pinnacle of deli places, but COVID took its toll on them. No longer can you order and watch your hoagie get made as you select different items from behind the glass. Now you have to select your choices off a chart/sheet. The deli case is all boarded up. It takes away from the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, the sandwiches are still good but it's no fun to go there anymore. Best bet is order online. There is no difference except the wait time.

I would normally recommend Dibella's, but my last visit was so disappointing. I ordered a meatball sub, like I usually do, only when I got home to eat it, I found NO sauce (a dry meatball sub). When I called, I was told that you have to ask for sauce??? I've never had to ask for sauce before. Like I said, very disappointing!
