The front desk lady was super nice! It was very expensive for what you got. It had all kinds of people hanging out and smoking. Thought it was a sketchy hotel to bring kids. I needed a dog-friendly hotel in Rochester which this is but it just seemed like a 2-star hotel - We felt uncomfortable

I walked into an incredibly dirty suite. Half made bed, coffee spilled on the counter,trash and even feces left in the toilet! I checked in at 9pm,plenty of time to be cleaned. Then after the very nice lady apologized, she had to give me a new room (smaller than I paid for). If the constant drip from the tub didnt annoy me, the fact the tv was also broken drove me nuts. Needless to say what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday night, was not.

I almost never write reviews, except for some bad reviews when I unfortunately encounter some really bad places, but I finally found it appropriate to write a positive review. Overall, I am pleased with the way I've been treated and accommodated here lately. I have stayed here on and off for 6 months and noticed that the new management has improved the quality of everything here immensely compared to how it was when I first started staying here. I will definitely continue to stay here.

Positive: Was nice to have the stove top and the sink in the kitchen area. Also nice that you could borrow pots and pans. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Negative: The ¿table¿ was not a real table and only one chair. The room floor was not cleaned before we arrived - picked up numerous pieces of trash off the carpet.
