I just bought a new OLED Tv (LG C2) and a Samsung soundbar (Q990B) and I have to say that I had the BEST buying experience and BEST salesperson I have encountered at any electronics store. His name is Emilio Burini, and the guy went above and beyond to not only assist me in the store, but also over the phone. He even allowed me to contact him on his cell phone on his day off to answer questions and assist with changes on my order (pick-up vs delivery) and was very patient, courtious and most of all, professional throughout the course of various days where I couldn't make up my mind! I am a somewhat of a haggler and not only was he very respectful of my requests, but he genuinely did the best he could to convey my offer(s) to the manager and was able to work out a good deal. I am not saying that I have encountered bad salespeople at this store, but if anyone shopping at this particular store (DANIA POINTE) wants someone to help them who actually cares and wants you to leave happy with your purchase... ask for EMILIO BURINI... THANK YOU EMILIO! I will definitely be sending people his way in the future.
