Even though I heard heaps of bad reviews, I quite like their services: reception rates, data speeds, and customer service. I probably have not expect any upscale services from them. I just wanted them to provide the wifi calling service and if possible, international calls. These items were included in any plans they provided. Also, they have the best price range. Therefore, if they provide an eSim, I would stay with them more.

I would give 0 star if I can, Stay away, Customer service is horrible! they don't listen to anything you say on top of that sorry to say they don't understand what your saying. They sent me SIM card but due to technical difficulties could not port my number. As my other service was expiring in matter of an hour they asked me to cancel service and ask for refund (Conveniently technician could not do it due to technical difficulties and asked me to contact customer service in the morning) and retry porting in month again. Chatted with customer service in the morning and they absolutely refused to process refund stating company policy. Don't believe a word they say.

Signed up, read the reviews and changed my mind. The customer service is totally ignorant of the product and how anything works. They said I'd be getting a refund, hasn't happened, and they can't even tell me when it will happen. Had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Not sure how they are still in business with the horrible reviews they have and support staff that doesn't know anything. There are many other better options out there. Look elsewhere. And for those of you that lost your number in the porting process.... I feel so bad, that would anger me to no end. Anyway, yeah, I'd stay away from Hello Mobile, my experience was not good with them.

They use a mix between Sprint and T-Mobile.
If they took money from your account and provided you no service or tracking number for your product, you need to contact your bank and dispute the charge for service/product not received. That is unacceptable but expected from this company. They are thieves.
I switched from T-mobile was I got the sim cards then ported the numbers, Ibnow have better serve then Ibhad befor for less than half the cost. Qlink is the same company and Sprint is the network they use in your area.
It's does but I would go with tello. I had six lines with Hello mobile and it was a nightmare.
Maybe, didn't work for me, but Hello Mobile sent me a free sim to replace. So now I have a sim for my Moto G6 Play and Moto X4. I guess now I could activate both phones if I wanted to do such a thing.
