I switched from T-mobile was I got the sim cards then ported the numbers, Ibnow have better serve then Ibhad befor for less than half the cost. Qlink is the same company and Sprint is the network they use in your area.
The card you received corresponds to the MEID you provided upon setup. You received Qlink support information because that's who used used to run it until Hello Mobile took over. Happened to me as well. I'm guessing the transition hasn't gone entirely through as far as that's concerned but that's just speculation.
