This agency sends me a letter in the mail, with all my correct home information and coverage numbers, to try and obtain my homeowner insurance. It's a very appealing rate. When I call to get a quote, it comes back over 5 times higher. Total bait and switch!

I requested a quote since my current carrier I had with this agency was not renewing policies, I did receive a quote from Wendy a few weeks ago but when I contacted them on June 20 to make sure quote was still valid she would not get back to me. I had to call the office 2 times more to finally get a call back. She informs me that since they are very busy with Allstate non renewals they are prioritizing their Allstate customers and can not promise to get back to me with the quote. I mentioned to her that I also was a long time customer and I could wait a few days for a quote if she was busy. As of today she never called back. I understand that they are busy but just ignoring the non-Allstate customers is very unprofessional.
