They are dishonest and will continue to charge you on your credit card indefinitely. They tell you that you have an automatic renewal. I can’t find that information in any of the emails from them. My paperwork has an expiration date, but they continued to charge. Don’t do business with them!!!

I made a previous review that this company replied to. They STILL have not refunded me the funds they took. I’ve been fighting this since March. Last time I spoke to them they assured me again it would be refunded in 30 days and it hasn’t. Don’t use this company. They lie and lie just to get you off the phone.

Terrible company. I've cancelled my membership so long ago, but they are still trying to charge my card! Wth! Keep having to dispute it. Already spoke to someone regarding this but nothing happened. Beware of the fraudulent company. DO NOT RECOMMEND

BUYER BEWARE: attempted to sign up online at the recommendation of my dentist. Dentalplans.com charged my card twice though giving errors both times that the card was declined. Live Chat refused help and demanded I call a phone # on a goose chase, despite this being an internal error on their end. So I am now stuck chasing down a refund from my card provider for 2 transactions with zero service offered and having no way to activate the plan I was charged for twice.

Frances - You can either log on to your account with the email you used to sign up with and password or you can call and ask for customer service.

I have a recently paid for a "Solstice" dental plan, I would like to change from the Solstice plan to the Cigna plan...is that possible? WJG

Bill - You definitely can. They are usually really good at assisting with this type of request. Would be best to call customer service and let them know you already have a plan and would like to switch. Also, be sure to enter any family member (if a family plan) and choose a dentist.
