Always such awful customer service. Whenever I go out of town or state I have no issues...buy my local branch is in need of help for sure! I was really hoping with management changes thing's would get better. But unfortunately not. I'm never able to resolve any issues I have at my local bank...so disappointing.

Let me preface the below with stating I have been a WF member since 2007 and have used my debit card extensively for the last 3 years while living in the UK for purchases in UK pounds. Today after calling about depositing a UK refund check, for less than £300.00, I was told I would be able to deposit the check. However, after standing in line awaiting entry, when I was able to see a teller and manager, I was told they couldn’t perform the transaction “at this time”. I’m not sure what that means... is WF able to honour the check ? And if so, when ?I understand your time is valuable, and I apologize sincerely for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is the worst customer service branch. I don't know why keeping employees is bad for the bank. My husband (that is black) went into this branch to pull a large amount of money off of one of our credit cards for a down payment on a boat, Wells Fargo is listed as on of the banks that allows you to pull a large amount of cash from the card and I have before in the past, I do also bank with wells fargo. Anyhow they absolutely refused to give my husband the cash! Even called a supervisor just to tell him they can not do it at the time but no other reason why!! He ended up going to another bank where they instantly gave it to him! I almost closed my account! Ridiculous.
