I bought a fridge here for one of my rental properties a couple of months. These guys are awesome. They loaded the fridge for me, were super helpful, and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back when I need to get more appliances for my rentals.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, just didn't find what we were looking for. The warranty being 90 days instead of the manufacturers warranty kinda scared us away too.

I just bought a new washer from them recently and this is my experience with them. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely! Now to answer your question.... The appliances are all NEW but have scratches or dents. Because they are have blemishes they are already priced below MSRP. You are already getting a great deal. They did not offer an "old appliance trade in", but they will haul your old one away when they deliver your new one. Its a single fee for delivery/haul away. Now since we are still dealing with covid in the world they will do driveway drop off and pick up but will not come into your home. I'm sure if covid wasn't an issue things would be different. Hope that answers your question.
