Whoever answers the phone is the rudest individual I have ever spoken to. I was nice and polite I tried to report a traffic light being out as a courtesy it didn’t affect me he is obviously lazy and didn’t want to do his job.

I appreciate the wood mulch the city provides on SE30 and racoon. My issue is that I've driven over there twice this past week to find that no mulch was available. I called public works and the gal said she had no way to check or even knew who to contact about this issue. At this point all that I can do is to keep driving the twelve mile round trip, hoping to find that they have replenished the pile.

Questions & Answers

Is a homeowner responsible for sewer beyond what's between house and public street?

Melissa Shepherd | Oct 16, 2021

Sewer laterals are the underground pipes that connect your home wastewater to the main sewer line in the street. Homeowners are responsible for their sewer laterals, while problems to the public sewer main line are managed by the city or municipality.

Public works, a schedule usually comes in with your water bill annually. Otherwise I would check with Metro Waste.
