I lived here for a little over a year. Management is there 2 days a week, at most. I was given a lease violation notice without any evidence. Maintenance is terrible. The best thing about Alice Place was I met 3 wonderful friends. All have since moved except for one. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Glad I am gone!!!

Seems like a nice place has income restrictions of 37,000.

Seem like nice apartments, but wouldn't know because the lady will not answer the phone or return calls. Does not come to work. Going to look elsewhere tired of wasting time with a customer service rep that does not care.

Great for seniors. There is a wait list. Thomas Apts, same Co. are nice also.
