Do not work there the management are the worst people was wrongly fired they let a staff member steal money out my wallet and did not follow proper protocol on that situation there is no staff they accept lazy employees they do not take care of their residents that place needs to be shut down they don’t care who works or doing they job as long they meet fire code to cover up there staffing issues the whole building is in bad shape it’s disgusting do not send your loved ones there’s or work there they don’t have proper working machines it’s unsafe to work there

My brother moved there yesterday: the facility and his room are spacious and clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; his supper was appealing and served nicely.

Do not send your loved ones to this place! My grandmother was there for three weeks before we decided to move her home against the advice of the medical staff there. Although she was on hospice that is no excuse to ignore her needs. I was forced to go every day and stay from when she woke till she went to sleep for the evening. Everytime I arrive she had not been changed or cleaned. She drank three to four glasses of water each time I walked in the door and her drinks were across the room where she could not reach them. No one was checking on her during the evening. As I stayed there most of the day, I had to ask the staff to check on her because no one ever came in while i was there. The food was disgusting and would often sit at the nurses station for an extended time before being served. If a resident needed to be fed they make the minimal effort to feed them. I feel that the residents should be treated with dignity and respect, just as they were your own family. I ask the social worker and the Lady incharge of the hospice if they would leave there family in this nursing home and they refused to answer! So that right there tells you how bad this place is. If you want your loved ones to receive quality care do not leave them here. If you don't care about them and want them to die, feel free to leave them here. The staff will make sure they don't survive long. CMI

This building is in serious need of repairs. Call lights are broken, light bulbs are out, the office chairs at the nurses station are torn and worn. My friend has been changed to several different rooms in the past 6 months and the photo frames are not being put up. Also the food is unappetizing and servings are too small. It is also understaffed. The multiple number of managers are sitting in their office and not aware and/or ignoring what needs to be done to improve this place. The phones and computers are old and outdated. Suggestions from the nurses to the management to improve this place need to be heard. Not enough aides too answer call lights. Sad.
