I am new to renting storage and had a million questions. The on site manager was great, really patient with me and answered all my questions. the facility itself though could use some work- i actually passed it a few times when I was first trying to find the location- it looks like an old empty warehouse. great prices and great service though so I guess its worth it.

(Reposting from Yelp) Do not use the location for storage. when you arrive, you get sold upcharge items that you weren't told about over the phone including a lock, a tarp to cover your belongings because there is an immense amount of dust due to the ongoing construction, and insurance which is not mentioned when booking. the construction that is going on blocks the loading bay leaving an old wooden flight of stairs as the only way to access the facility, not convenient for heavy items. The only positive point of this review is that the onsite Officer worker is extremely helpful and kind, however he is obviously limited in his capabilities to help by the management. I was moving in on a Sunday, which usually is not a day that the facility is open, because they are only open during office hours due to construction, so I had to come the Saturday before that to access my things. When I arrived after a 4 hour car ride, a sign posted on the door said modified weekend hours, Saturday 12:30-500, Sunday 12-4. i arrived at 11am. I paid to stay in a hotel room overnight and for a parking garage because my belongings were going to have to stay in my car overnight. When I asked how I could've known about the hours, the response was that the sign on the door was the only way to know. i had been at the office less than 2 weeks before that and had asked what I could do about a Sunday move in and then staying over in a hotel was suggested. the facility is not nice, has limited access, and the management clearly is just trying to make money while construction is going on. TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When they finally answered the phone for me, they gave me another number (5182131009) to call for payments. After months of not getting throught to them, I'm no longer going to rent from them.
