Understaff the tellers and managers just stand around unhelpful. ATM banking is a terrible idea in these dangerous times.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced at a BoA and I've been a customer for well over a decade.

Normally go thru drive thru and use the ATM. There are 2 ATM’s in drive thru and one in the front (have to park and walk up). Inside tellers are nice. If you need anything and talk to the employees in the offices, depending on who you get is the service you get.

I don't appreciate talking to an off-site teller, who I can barely hear, on a monitor that I can barely see whenever the sun is shining-- I want the drive through window back! With tellers that give my kids suckers & thank me for my business when I'm done! (& That newer ATM machine on the left is so bad that cars actually line up to wait for the older one on the right)
