Attendant was helpful, place was clean for the most part but the game machines were used as cigarette ash trays. Not cleaned the "ash trays" since last visit!!

Have been using this laundry for about a year. Today has been me worst experience yet! Normally this location is very dirty ( have used there broom many times to sweep floor for them). The person who is in this office area can’t be bothered to help in any way. Very poor customer service. Most of the washers and dryer’s are NOT working over half of them! This was a nice place but regular Cleaning and maintenance is NOT done. Come on it’s a laundry mat why can’t you clean it’s getting so gross. Starting coming here because it seemed nicer and safer then other laundry mats in the area now I have to find another place to wash clothes. Hopefully the owner reads this and repairs machines, clean gum out of dryers, clean floors just do the basics please.

I come here twice a week or more. Washed my clothes today. I don't use a lot of detergent because it's not necessary. I ran a load put the amount suggested on the fill up. Noticed when it was done it was so soapy. Ran it again no soap this is now a 8$ load of laundry. Still came out just as soapy. The lady who is always there can't speak English and gets some one in there to help her. He is looking at me like it's my fault he doesn't even work there. This is the second time I have had issues I dismissed it the first time. I won't let it go this time. Left in the rain with a pile of wet clothes. There only focus is those games they have in there. Everything else they really don't care about. Just because there is something wrong with the washer does not make it my fault. If it would have rinsed properly then my clothes would be fine. But they are not they are sitting in a soapy pile, soaking wet on my car floor.
