The size of the mini got smaller which is kinda unbelievable because price increased AND the size decreased. I brought it up to the worker and he said our sizes are 5 inches and showed me a bowl ( which I guess they cut around because the edge of my pizza was perfect) Anyway, I went to the Sugar Land location- the mini is still the same size as usual, uneven edges etc. Next time I will add pictures for comparison so customers can see.

I order through Door dash, I was excited because I love MOD pizza. Once I got the pizza and opened it IT DID NOT MATCH what I order. I had to double check and it was most def not the correct pizza. I called MOD pizza to let them know. All the ASSISTANT manager could say was I UNDERSTAND and asked if I could pick up the remade pizza. I advised her that I am at work and unable to pick it up. She stated well I can give you a refund. I am a women that is pregnant at work with no lunch. I asked how long would it be for the refund. She was unsure and asked another worker. Assistant Manager and you don't know that question OK. I was also told that the manager was not there until tomorrow morning. I have never had an issue with MOD PIZZA I love their pizza better than any other place .But with this service I will not be back to this location. Signed a pregnant hungry women!

I love this place but my last was horrible, I have faith and trying again hopefully that it never happens to that level of quality again

Their pizza's are the best. But some of the staff members are not that friendly. I ordered cauliflower crust pizza and asked for toppings. And they were stringent they took one thin slice of online and broke it into seven pieces and sprinkled veggie meat like sand dust over the pizza. And had to keep asking to give some more. It was a bit frustrating.
