Wish I could give 0 stars. Always a line and only 1 teller, so unless you need a to see an accountant here, go somewhere else. The only teller is Colleen, and she's very slow and VERY rude.

First of all to all the bad reviewers. You don’t need to go in to the bank for 99% of things you go in for. Use your mobile banking app or ATM. If you do, use the simple feature in the app to make an appointment. If this is to hard for you.......wait in the 4 person line for 10 minutes. If you don’t like the hours during the week then make an appointment for Saturday. If this doesn’t please you then you are the problem, not the bank. This staff has always treated me great, been friendly, and are always working as fast as possible. Thank you for the great service.

Terrible experience. Literally no customers in the bank and i wasn’t even acknowledged when I came in. There were 2 tellers and 3 people each in their offices and NOBODY acknowledged me. When a lady finally came out she asked what i needed. I listed 3 things. She simply said they were booked with appointments and wouldn’t be able to help me and then asked was that ok. She didn’t even address all three things. Smh. Obviously i came to the bank because i have questions that need answers.....i left still having unawares questions and unresolved issues. Terrible customer service!!!! If you like Bank of America do NOT use this location because it’ll make you want to take your money elsewhere smh!

There’s always one teller when I go inside and they have long lines because of it. Very inconvenient. And, most of the tellers haven’t been trained to offer friendly customer service. The lady that greets the customers is always friendly and knows what good customer service is. This Bank of America needs to work on customer service and accommodation to their customers. No one should have to stand in long lines because of only one teller working.
