I hate to see this happening to a once great store. This is the second time this month that we have had negative experiences with curside pick up. 1st when texting our arrival, they told us our order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes without even asking our name.....turns out order was indeed ready. 2nd time , today.....had to wait 40 minutes for our curbside order. Will have to switch stores.

Love this HEB! It is clean, well organized, and well stocked. Love that they always have lots of checkout stands open, with friendly staff, for a quick checkout!

Great grocery store chain in Texas. They have fresh produce and vegetables available every day. You can find literally all of your grocery needs here. The checkout process is usually easy since they typically have a lot of lanes open. Their gas prices are also some of the best prices you will find in the city. I'm partially handicapped and it's better for me to have curbside pickup. Very seldom that HEB doesn't have the groceries I need, but this visit they were out of 3 items. I called and they rectified the situation and gave me substitution. I really appreciate that! That will keep me as a customer at HEB!

Very strictly observed. All safety protocols in place. Regular cleaning of heavy traffic areas of the store. Used shopping 🛒 constantly cleaned up and sanitised for the next user and the rest rooms are cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis.
