Agent was very helpful. Added my debit card to my account...other young man Francisco helped me getting off son's line and get my own account. No small feat...great guys, great service, good outcome,,! Would definitely suggest going with Verizon. They are a bit pricey to start but plan dips to 65 plus tax after 1st month....and you get tech support and 24 hour helpline I think. Go there for your phone. You won't be sorry!!
